In this document, we inform you about the characteristics of the processing of your personal data carried out by Fabrick S.p.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) for the forwarding of the newsletter of Sellalab. In particular, information on:

1) Who is the Data Controller?
The Data Controller of your personal data is Fabrick S.p.A. (hereinafter the “Data Controller”) with headquarters in Biella (BI) – 13900, in Piazza Gaudenzio Sella, n. 1
2) How to contact the Data Protection Officer?
The Data Protection Officer (hereinafter also “DPO – Data Protection Officer”) may be contacted at the following addresses:

3) What data are or can be processed?
The processing concerns your personal data – which you have personally given to the Company by filling in the specific Newsletter subscription form – belonging to the following categories:
- identifying and socio-demographic data (such as first name, surname, employment/occupation and company data);
- contact details (such as telephone number, e-mail address).
4) For what purposes are data processed and on what legal bases?
The processing is carried out in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness provided for by the Regulation and is limited to what is necessary for the performance, by the company and/ or third parties on behalf of the same, related and instrumental activities for the automatic and free sending of the newsletter to the e-mail address indicated by you.
The processing is carried out only with your consent, in the absence of which it will not be possible to provide the requested service.
Within the limits of the specific purposes indicated above, the processing is carried out through manual, computer and telematics tools. The Company adopts appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data.
5) To whom can the data be communicated?
Your personal data will not be disclosed and may be processed, with appropriate methods and procedures, by employees and collaborators of the Company. For the same purposes expressed in paragraph 4, your personal data could also be processed by providers of platforms for the forwarding of marketing emails. These subjects, if they meet the conditions, are appointed Data Processors.
6) Can data be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area?
For the prosecution of the purposes referred to in paragraph 4, your personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area, through providers of platforms for the forwarding of marketing emails. The transfer takes place, according with the regulations, under agreements that comply with the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data adopted by the European Commission. Further information on the transfer can be requested as detailed in paragraph 8.
7) How long is the data stored?
The processing will have a duration necessary to the pursuit of the purposes for which your data have been provided. In particular, the data will be stored for the entire period in which the service will be active or until your possible withdrawal of consent.
8) What are your rights?
We inform you that you may know what your data are processed by the Company and, where conditions are met, exercise the rights relating to their use that are recognized by the Regulation (right of access, rectification, update, integration, deletion, restriction to processing, portability, the withdrawal of consent to the processing and to obtain a copy of the appropriate guarantees adopted where the data are processed in countries outside the European Union, as well as to obtain an indication of the place where such data are stored or transferred) and to oppose, for legitimate reasons, their particular processing by applying to:

We also inform you that, if you believe that the processing of data concerning you violates the Regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data (hereinafter, the “Guarantor”), in the manner indicated on the website of the Guarantor. The company provides you with information about the action taken regarding your request without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the same.
